Today I will talk about 5 things on my mind:
- I inadvertantly took week 6 off from running - woops :( I ran 6 on Tuesday, but that was from last week - and Im just going to roll with it - I didnt miss a long run, this week was the 5K race pace and I will start again on Monday with strong legs and a clear head. Training is a little overwhelming with me - for the same reasons I always quit Jillian, I dont like having to stick to a routine, Im more of a go with the flow worker outer, if that makes any sense :) I will, however, do an unscheduled long run on Sunday with my hubs - we are traveling to my mom's to drop our oldest girls off and there is a national park closeby, so we are going to attempt a 7 miler...eeeek!! Im nauseous thinking about it - but here's the thing, I have GOT TO get it through my thick skull that I can do this, I am a strong athlete and I can do this - why am I so afraid...new goal - get over the scaredy-cats and just do the damn thing :)

Monday - 4.5
Tuesday - Cross train
Wednesday - 4.5
Thursday - Cross train
Friday - 7 (can I get an OWW OWWW!!)
Yesterday, I took my two baby girls to see the new Planes movie :) It was Baby Girl's first movie adventure and she did great - I mean, there were three bathroom breaks and I missed the end, but for a 3 year old - we did just fine :) And she loved it!!
Speaking of movies, we are having a Friday night Movie night with our girls and pizza will be involved - and I am very excited :) Diet say what? :) Just kidding, all is good in moderation right ;)
We are leaving very early in the AM so coffee will be a must tomorrow :)

And today, I slipped on my new size 6 Levis I got for a steal at Walmart :) I had been too chicken to try them on and after slipping my 8's over my hips last night, I thought I would try them out today :) And they fit!!! Yay!!! :)
