I will start with this weekend first:
Friday was pretty slow, but the hubs and I got to hang out and watch tv which is always a nice thing. Then Sat we went to my husband's first ever Rugby game. His coach messed up and told the ref the wrong number of subs, so he didnt get to play, but I think it was a good thing - he is still relatively new to the sport, and by watching the whole thing, he was able to observe and really learn. It was windy and cold but so much fun :)
Then Sat night we had friends over for dinner and Sunday was spent cleaning and rearraging Amelia's room - we brought up the bottom of a bunk bed to give her a real big girl bed and here is a pic of Daddy and Baby Girl being silly:
Moo Cow Moo! (When I went to tuck her in last night she said "Mommy, look! I have sheets just like you and Daddy!" So sweet :)
I spent last night writing a paper and speaking of school - I got my first grade back from my other class and I got an A - which means I am getting straight A's, so happy and thrilled - feels good.
Then, to make matters even better, this morning I got in some extra snuggle time with Amelia - which is simply wonderful :) love her! and then I had a Dr's appointment and my NP was looking over my chart and looked up and said "Wait a minute, youve lost 9 pounds!" I have lost 9 since I saw her a month ago - woot woot - and she was so proud of me, what a great moment - so inspiring to keep it going!
As for working out, this week I am going to try something a little different...Im going to run 1 mile on M, W, and F and then on Tue and Thur I am going to do the 30 Day Shred - Im not doing it every day, but this is an experimental week - Im going to give it a go and see what happens :) Im feeling a little boxed in with the Couch to 5K so Im going to try this route and see if it makes me happier.
