Day 117 - Marvelous In My Monday

Good Afternoon Bloggers :) How is everyone doing today?  I have a case of the stupid Mondays, cant really seem to get it together :( Maybe it is because we went out of town this weekend, perhaps it is a bit harder to get back into the groove of things when you spent all day in the car the previous day?  Anywho, today I am linking up with Ms. Katie at Healthy Diva Eats for:

On this beautiful - NOT FREEZING - Monday, My Monday is Marvelous because this week I start my third week of Couch to 5K, which let's be honest, I have never made it this far - due to my "Mondays" I am going to start it tomorrow, but I am still going to be active tonight, I am going to do my little weight routine so I will not be completely sedentary.  So, tomorrow - Week 3 Day 1 begins :)

And now I am going to do a little Weekend Recap:

So this weekend my family went out of town to watch the hubs play in his first rugby game.  Well, due to inclement weather, we found out his game had been canceled, after we were already down there - at the city where the venue was taking place.  Now, I could have lost my marbles - thinking oye - we wasted so much money getting here and now there IS NO GAME? But, I kept my cool and thought to myself, well I already did all my schoolwork for the weekend so let's have fun!  And fun we had:

We were with our other friends who have a little girl the same age as A so we took the girls to a science museum which turned out to be super cool:

Air was coming out of the nozzles here

And here she watched the balls float in the air (look at that face! love her)

They had water play, which the girls loved of course

They had a bubble exhibit - Daddy got it to work

And they had a water portion that had fish and stingrays - super cool

All in all, it was super fun and I was pleasantly surprised :)

So, we managed to turn a bad situation into a fun one and came home yesterday just in time for the Super Bowl:

Yummy not so good for you food - it's the Super Bowl :)

And this :) I love Beyonce - I have since Destiny's Child - back in the day driving around with my girlfriends singing along to them...oh the memories :) While watching, all I kept thinking was "damn, she looks so good and she just had a baby!" talk about inspiration when needed :)
