Day 89 - I Really Need to Post Earlier in the Day


Happy Monday (Night) Everyone :) I really need to post earlier in the day - this I now...but man today just got away from me - tons of work and dealing with Day 1 of Grad school - speaking of which, I already hate one of my teachers - and I only have two, so that really sucks.  She basically told me she didnt give a ***K because my financial aid came late and I havent received my books yet...long story short - I am going to a state university online and had to order my books via the Internet...well this not nice lady put a book on the syllabus that is out of print - I asked her about it and she told me that if I was not prepared for the course I should drop it - seems to me like maybe she should look at her book list again...I was classy and just told her I was "shocked at her lack of regard concerning the matter" - my husband wants me to report her...I am just pissed because the only library that carries the book is an hour away and they are private and do not lend books to non-students, so now I have to go down there tomorrow to photo copy a 300 page stupid book.  SO ANNOYED RIGHT NOW :( So, that was my day.  In other news, I received my new CHI in the mail today - I cannot wait to try that baby out tomorrow morning, I'll post a before/after pic tomorrow - and no - I am way to small time for this to be a paid spot - ha - I just love the brand. 
Now for a weekend recap :)  This weekend was great - Friday night the hubs and I had a stay at home night and watched Ted - so good :)

Saturday we went to the park with A and then we had dinner with one of my husband's coworkers and his family - here is A's new bestie:

Then Sunday, we met up with this family and had brunch at this great pub/brewery that is kid-friendly during the day - ha - so good!  And then I got my nails done:

And that leads us to today :) This morning was a bit hectic, so I did not fit in my weight routine, but tonight I totally did - #operationredbikini :) Oh and I have definitely chosen this one for my summer suit:
Anyways, tonight - while the chicken was defrosting and the quinoa was bubbling I did my quick routine while the babes watched some Super Why! and the hubs watched tv in the family room:

Taylor's Super Fast Weight Routine - Done at Home:
Repeated 3X - Sets of 10
1 - Side Step Lunges (I used an old workout step I have lying around)
2 - Plank - I am at the beginning so I am only holding for 15 seconds per set - DONT JUDGE :)
3 - Push Ups
4 - Shoulder Press (I used bands for all the arm stuff)
5 - Band Curl
6 - Shoulder Raise (Side)
7 - Shoulder Raise (Front)
REPEAT!

And then tomorrow - DAY 90 - I start my Couch to 5K :) See you chickens tomorrow :)
